New technologies have undisputedly been helpful for enhancing student learning and skills. Meanwhile, the amount of screen time that students have on a daily basis has signficantly increased. Yoga not only gives students a break from technology, but can be an important part of therapy to help calm, focus, and address issues of sensory processing disorders or motor incoordination disorders.
